Bella is the Manager of Government Affairs at Miller Wenhold Government Affairs. She supports client advocacy and legislative monitoring on healthcare, transportation, and infrastructure policy.

Bella graduated from George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government, earning a B.A. in Government and International Politics, summa cum laude. She gained experience interning at Bipartisan Policy Center Action, where she supported advocacy related to artificial intelligence and healthcare policy. She also interned at Rich Feuer Anderson, a bipartisan government affairs firm, assisting with policy research and client updates on economic policy. In 2023, she served as a congressional intern in the U.S. House of Representatives for a Member of Congress from Texas, supporting legislative research and constituent correspondence.

Outside of work, Bella is committed to community service through volunteer work with her local church and as an election officer with the City of Fairfax. She has working proficiency in Portuguese.
